General Features

It is a pastry margarine specially produced for croissant type products called “puff pastry”. It is preferred by professionals with its flavour, consistency and performance. It is an effective oil especially in the production of puff pastry and yeast dough types. Its elastic structure, being resistant to strong roller impacts and not leaving itself in hot environments does not cause the dough to vomit oil in the rounding process. It is used in the production of puff pastry types, sawdust pastry, volovan, croissant, arm pastry, spread pastry, corne and danish. Does not contain cholesterol.
